Are you familiar with this quote?\u00a0 \u201cNever lend books, for no one ever returns them; the only books I have in my library are books that other folks have lent me.\u201d <\/em>
\n\u2015 Anatole France<\/a>\u00a0 <\/em>It’s kind of funny, but not TRUE!\u00a0 People do return books, especially people who use the Big Flats Elem Library!<\/p>\n

But sometimes books are “lost” or misplaced for a while.\u00a0 They become overdue.\u00a0 When you finally find them, it seems like you’ve had them forever.\u00a0 It’s stressful?\u00a0 Are you going to get in trouble?\u00a0 Are you going to have to pay a fine?\u00a0 Will someone make fun of you?<\/p>\n

Has anything like that happened to you?<\/p>\n

Did you happen to find any library books around your house this summer?\u00a0 Are you nervous about returning them?\u00a0 No worries!\u00a0 Just bring the books back.\u00a0 Sometimes things like that\u00a0happen… If it happened to you, if you found a library book that you forgot to return last year, please bring it back.\u00a0 Lots of other people would like to borrow it this year.\u00a0 No one will give you a hard time about it.\u00a0 Promise!\u00a0 Thanks so much!<\/p>\n
