You will write a letter of 50-100 words to a Spanish pen pal about a childhood celebration. You will write using a basic range of vocabulary, grammatical and conventions, while organizing information and ideas clearly, and using a range of basic cohesive devices. There must be a logical structure, and the cohesive devices must add clarity to the message. You will use language to suit the context, in letter format. Both imperfect and preterite tenses will be used. At least 5 examples of transitions words / signal words (signal words — words that generally indicate preterite or imperfect tense) must be used
