Teaching with the First Tee
In order to be able to be a assistant coach in the First Tee program you have to reach the eagle level which involves a playing test and a written test to prove you know the details about the First Tee. This process its self is very awarding to complete. Since I was able to complete this I could now help with the First Tee. During the 8 weeks of classes I was to meet kids of all ages and was able to help them improve there golf game and help the children. This will help me in the future by knowing how people take in and apply information differently when giving people lessons.
Morning Mentors
The morning mentors opportunity was a meeting offered by the ilead class at my high school. This opportunity gave me the chance to open my self up and talk with some of the business people in our community. In the future attending this will help be more comfortable when talking to people.
