The annual Diven Halloween Parade is October 31 at 2:00pm. If this is your first time, it can be a bit crazy–pretty much the whole school comes to watch the little ones do their costumed march outside, around the school. Pro-tip: you don’t have to be in front of the school to get the best view! The parade will go around the school, starting at the doors where we drop our little ones off, then towards the staff parking lot, around that side of the school, around the back, and then they come in through the side doors on Division Street. Stand anywhere along this route, and you’re good to go! Pro-tip 2: Don’t expect to find parking in the parking lot; you’ll likely have to park at Wegmans and walk over. If you’re running late, park at Wegmans and station yourself on the corner of Grand Central Ave. and Division Street if the parade has already started so you don’t miss your little one. Here are the tips from our flyer this year:<\/p>\n

1 <\/span>Parking<\/span><\/span>
\nParking spots are gone fast! If you arrive later, please park at Wegmans and walk over to Diven. The show starts at 2:00pm!<\/p>\n

2 OMG Adorables
\n<\/span><\/span>Our little<\/span> dudes will come out the Hall Street doors and circle the school. Plenty of room <\/span>for you to view, coo, and shoo because–<\/span><\/p>\n

3 Dismissal<\/span>
\nYou’ll be allowed in to pick up your kiddo after all children are back in classes. Then the Parent Parade begins! Kidding, kidding.<\/p>\n

4 Need for Speed<\/span>
\nSign out your little one and then make a hasty exit–we need to get buses out, and can’t do that until pick-ups are done.<\/p>\n
