You must complete this form and return it to any school in our District (easiest way to do this is send it right here to Diven in your Wednesday folder). What\u2019s important to note, though, is that <em>even if your child is attending pre-K at Diven, that doesn\u2019t mean you will be able to attend Kindergarten here<\/em>. You have to attend at your home school. <u>Your home school might not be Diven.<\/u> It\u2019s based on your address. If you don\u2019t turn in this form by the deadline, you\u2019ll have to complete a whole \u2018nother registration packet.
