He lives in Tuscan, Arizona and took an hour of his time today to &#8220;zoom&#8221; (basically like skype) with us in our classroom from his home. He read the first book called <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Sam the Ant; The Flood <\/span> and played games with us. Since he is also a composer we enjoyed listening to him play piano for us in a bunch of different styles of music. The kids got a&nbsp; taste of what the desert is like too! He had a huge cactus growing in his backyard and we got to see it up close. We even got to see the mountains from far away. There is a chance we will be &#8220;zooming&#8221; with him a again soon to go on a trip to the desert!
