My personal brand project reflected heavily on my strengths along with how my peers would describe me.  I chose those two aspects to focus on because my strengths are what I take pride in and what helps me conquer a task. I also focused on how others describe me because my peers have a better look at my personality and behavior than I do, and I believe its important for an employer to have a good understanding on the type of person they are hiring and inviting into their work environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

I have been on my school’s varsity cheerleading team for the past 5 years, where I’ve learned the importance in team work and determination.  My junior and senior year season I was a captain, where I got lots of experience in a leadership role. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
