Goals:
\nCulinary goals is to attend college and hands on classes.
\nI plan to take a year or two and go to Corning Community College.
\n Then go to Alfred State and take culinary baking classes,
\nfocusing more on pastry skills like creating my own recipes
\nand designing the pastries.<\/p>\n
Interests:
\nInterests include mostly pastry baking and decorating
\nthe desserts and making up own recipes. I enjoy hiking, skiing,
\nand kayaking, cycling and mostly outdoor activities.<\/p>\n
Sports:
\nI didn’t go through school playing sports but I was still active
