Positive Education Always Corrects Errors (P.E.A.C.E) will welcome our students back to school on January 6. This nonprofit program was established in 2011 by Willie Owens and Troy Council of Elmira, NY. Honoring the legacy of Rev. Leo Hughey Jr., it targets at-risk youth to encourage school attendance and access to educational and occupational opportunities. They believe, as we do, that Elmira needs to come together as a community to help our children succeed.
