Are you ready to take the first step into a rewarding and hands-on dental career? Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for the right person to join our team as a beginner Orthodontic Assistant – no prior experience required!

We believe in developing great people, and we’re looking for team members who are eager to learn, motivated to help others, and committed to being part of something bigger than themselves.

What You’ll Do:

As an orthodontic assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care to our patients while supporting our doctors and clinical team. You’ll be trained on the job to:

• Work independently on patients adjusting wires/brackets or providing aligners.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take patient photos, X-rays, and dental scans (don’t worry—we’ll teach you!)
• Track treatment progress and enter clinical notes
• Communicate with patients and parents in a positive, professional manner
• Work side-by-side with a team that values communication, accountability, and collaboration
