Sports
I’m currently a Varsity Cheerleader at Watkins Glen High School. I enjoy meeting many new people through sports, especially cheer leading. Some reasons why is because you can talk to people you never talked to before, become friends with people you where never friends with, getting to bond with your team mates then becoming a family over time, setting goals for one another, support one another, having trust between the people who you work with, teaching others new skills and having others teach you new skills, improving something you learned every day and getting better at the skill, and the last thing is having the feeling when you set a goal then accomplishing that goal. Below you will see some of my cheer leading team pictures starting from since I was in 9th grate to 10th grade.
Hobbies
I have many hobbies including anything that has to do with art, teaching others, and reading. Art, some things that can go into art is the aspect of drawing, oil painting, acrylic painting, watercolor paint, sculptures, clay and many more! The reasons why art is one of my hobbies because i can connect, express my feelings, coming up with many new ideas, coming up of how to use a different art style on one of your art projects, collaborating with others to see what you can improve on next time you do a similar project that you have done before, and finding a way to ease stress and relax to get things off your mind for a little bit. Teaching, having a ability to make someones life better by them having to learn something new is a very good feeling to have. It makes you feel better and the person feel better when you figure the problem out and just helping people in general. Reading, when i read its like watching a whole TV series. It makes me want to know what happens next in the book. Some of my favorite books of all time is The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon by Steven King, The Winter girls Laurie Halse Anderson, and the Monument 14 series by Emmy Laybourne.
