Goals:
Culinary goals is to attend college and hands on classes.
I plan to take a year or two and go to Corning Community College.
Then go to Alfred State and take culinary baking classes,
focusing more on pastry skills like creating my own recipes
and designing the pastries.
Interests:
Interests include mostly pastry baking and decorating
the desserts and making up own recipes. I enjoy hiking, skiing,
and kayaking, cycling and mostly outdoor activities.
Sports:
I didn’t go through school playing sports but I was still active
in other activities that I’ll mention later on in my portfolio.
