On Planbook.com, there can be an issue when a day letter change will need to occur. Today, for example, being an A Day and the day you return is also an A Day. There is a solution that allows both days to be A Days and the school day count will still be accurate.
Step 1: Follow the “Go To” link on the right side of the header and select “School Year.” Step 2: You need to add 2 School year terms. The attached picture has the proper settings to make for those 2 terms. Once you do this, January 3rd will be an A Day and the 70th day of school (I think).
You may have to add another term later in the year if a similar situation for spring break.
